Funny story.

Once upon a time I went to a spin class.  It was my 8th time ever, on the bike.  And when the class started and the lights went out, the instructor yelled into the mic… “Hey everyone! We’ve got a new rider, Devyn, here with us today! Let’s give her a big welcome!” And they DID.  And in that moment, I felt unstoppable.   I can still feel the energy in the room.  I can still feel that indescribable rush.

. Of connection.  Of community.  Of belonging.

And that was the moment I knew.

I wanted to be a part of this. I wanted to share this feeling. I wanted to build a place where people could just show up.  As themselves. In that moment.  And wholey, completely, undoubtedly, just have a place to belong.

(And kick some serious ass in the process.)

So I convinced my mother in law that it would be a fabulous idea for us to buy the abandoned theatre at the top of Main Street, gut it, renovate it, and set our dreams on fire.

So we did.

And here we are.
